The Goldback is the world’s first voluntary, complementary currency to be made of a spendable, beautiful, small denomination, physical gold.
I found out about the Goldbacks a couple months ago and after doing some reading on them I have to add these to my collection. The set pictured is the first series known as the Utah Goldback, There is currently also a set for Nevada and A New Hampshire set is coming soon. While I am primarily a silver collector/stacker I think this is a neat way to own some gold without a huge investment up front. The beautiful artwork just adds to the collectability of these notes and whether you plan on getting them to barter for items or to collect, These are hands down some of the best looking small denomination physical gold items to have.
From their site: Goal of the Goldback
We are working to make it possible for an anyone to have a choice on whether or not they want their regular spending money to be subject to inflation. The Goldback is meant to be the best physical complementary currency for retaining value. Our goal is for people to be able to pay for anything with the Goldback whether it is a new home or a lemonade. Each Goldback is at least valued at the current rate on Goldback.com by businesses.

Donated to Silver Seekers 3rd Anniversary stream back on Oct 3rd and here are the donation gifts that I got, The Australia Dragon Bar was an auction win that I bid on separately. Along with this I got a 40% Bicentennial Kennedy Half Dollar and then also had gotten a 2020 P+D Kennedy Half which are NIFC's. Over all a fantastic stream.
